Doing this one simple thing will make a huge difference to your daily output!
It's not easy, but if you truly want to excel ahead it's an essential prerequisite...
As morbid as it might sound, the reality is that life is short and we’re not on this planet for long.
What difference would it make to you if you started really maximizing every hour you have available to you every single day, to make real progress?
How much further ahead would you be in 5 years time, compared to if you continued following your current daily patterns?
This is the power of implementing good habits into your daily routine.
Create good habits and you will 100% make progress.
For example, habits such as waking up early, exercising regularly, eating well and reading each day can give you a huge advantage over others who don't practice these healthy routines.
You will find that having good habits means you are more productive and able to better manage your time and resources.
Simple things like having a clean and organized environment helps to maximize your concentration, focus, and creativity as it eliminates distractions.
It is also beneficial to have a designated workspace where you can manage all of your tasks efficiently and effectively.
Creating a schedule for yourself with regular breaks can help keep you on track with your goals while allowing you to take care of any personal tasks.
So where do you start?
Spend some time today thinking about the actions you are currently taking each day.
What habits are you currently doing that are not working for you?
What good habits can you introduce each day to replace patterns of activity that are not forward moving?
Think about the difference good habits would make, and how much more inspired you would feel each day.
For example, if you don't already have one, begin a daily morning routine.
Be disciplined in getting to bed by a certain time the night before.
Get up in the morning, make your bed, have ten minutes to breathe and clear your mind before beginning your work.
Have everything you need in one place - your tools all need to be there in one place ready to begin work and no distractions.
Then, stick to a 90 minute block of focused and efficient work time and I guarantee your output will be hugely improved.
Then stay disciplined in maintaining these habits each day.
After a week, look back at the progress you have made and see how it makes you feel.
Doing work on yourself is difficult.
Some people will never believe self-development will ever work for them.
Remember - don't be a victim.
Stop using excuses to resist doing the work.
Ultimately you have a choice, you can either stay where you are and keep getting the same results, or you an make a change towards something that will 100% make a difference.
The action you take on working on your own mindset will give you huge rewards in improving your efficiency and productivity.
For example, reading something inspirational for 15 minutes at the start of each day while drinking your morning coffee (see my book suggestions below), could inspire you enough to easily make a huge difference in your energy for the entire day.
It's also important to take time out for yourself and reward yourself for accomplishments - this will help keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
With a little bit of effort, establishing good habits can make a huge difference in your productivity levels.
Start small with one habit at a time, then build up to create an overall productive and efficient routine.
With regular practice, you'll soon find yourself being more productive than ever before!

Introducing daily routines in your life is a good way to improve! I have made the expereience that you should only change one thing at a time so it becomes sustainable und not many routines that are in itself a task.
